All returns require an RM number. eMail to request an RM number at L-Book@L-book.com. Include reason.

Paperback books = Shipping-Manufacture Damage.

Paperback books = Non Sales - within 90 days only.

Micro/SD eBooks = Shipping - Manufacture Damage.

Micro/SD eBooks = Chip Not Readable will be exchanged.

Micro/SD eBooks = Non Sales only if clamshell case has not been open - within 90 days of receipt.

Customers pays return shipping on Non Sale returns. L-Book pays shipping on all damaged returns. Return shipping label will be issued with the RM number.

Micro/SD Memory Cards with both the mini and standard adapters. Includes all eBook formats.

Now, physical book stores can sell eBooks.
