L-Book.com™ (Roxanne Jones) is the sole owner of the information collected on L-Book.com™
L-Book.com™ does collect name and email address from messages sent to L-Book from information and request forms on our Web site.
L-Book.com™ does re-direct our users to SecureNet Shop Privacy Policy and/or PayPal site Privacy Policy for shopping cart and payment information and Constant Contact Privacy Policy for group mailing list, who does collect information from our users.

Registration
This site does not require a user to complete a registration form.

Online Forms and Information Use
This Website does have an online information forms. When a user sends direct comments or book requests, using L-Book.com™ forms, L-Book.com™ only collects the user’s name and email address to answer the user’s request. When a user joins the L-Book.com™ update group L-Books requires contact information (such as name and email address) by being redirected to Constant Contact registration form. Constant Contact maintains this database. The information that is transmitted back to L-Book.com™ is the user's name and email address. This information is used strictly for follow-up communication with the user.

Profile
This site does not collect or store profile information.

Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's computer tied to information about the user. This site does not use cookies.

Log Files
Like most standard Web site servers we use log files. This includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable information. When using the online contact form, for security and fraud protection, IP addresses are tied to personally identifiable information.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line. At this time, this site does not include an online form to collect credit card information and/or social security number that would need to be encrypted. All purchases to the shopping cart are on SecureNet Shop and/or PayPal's Secured Systems and credit card number handling and not on L-Book.com™. PayPal does not transmit any credit card information back to L-Book.com™. SecureNet Shop and/or PayPal sends via email the order with user’s information including shipping address, email address and products ordered and paid in full.The update mailing list database is on Constant Contact Systems.

We do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in my office. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to user information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users' information is protected.

Correcting/Updating/Deleting/Deactivating Personal Information
If a user's personally identifiable information changes (such as name or email address), we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users' personally identifiable information. Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
