• If you are charged by the number of MB per day or max per day.
• Are using a modem.
• Have a very low DSL or Cable line speed.
• Audio file is just too large to get a clean download.

L-Book will not play on Portable MP3 Player.

Some MP3 players can not play an mp3 track that has a bit rate below 128 kbps or at 44100 Hz. L-Books tracks are 96 kbps at 44100 Hz.

Use an MP3 converter to convert the MP3 tracks to the bit rate your player can play.  Click Here for a free mp3 bit rate converter. There download link is at the very bottom of there web page.

Double click the zip file to unzip and get an error or you unzipped the file and tracks are missing or some tracks get a corrupted error.

This means the data in the zip file got corrupted during the download caused by a connection disruption or other transfer error when downloading. The best solution is to download it again. But before downloading again, delete the file with the error. Then L-Book highly recommends using a download manager to control line interruptions, which is what causes corrupt files. Download managers have an auto resume and restart if the connection gets interrupted. See below for the link to the recommended download manger. Once the manager is installed, download the L-Book again.
